We had previously booked a trip with Eat Northern Germany prior to the Covid pandemic and it had to be cancelled, Elias was amazing and refunded us in full no questions asked, so we pledged to ourselves that post covid we would book the tour again. We finally managed to enjoy the 10 day Ultimate Food & Wine Tour of Northern Germany in June 2024. We were a party of 8 ( 4 couples ) and WOW what a fabulous experience we all had, from the moment Elias met us at Madrid airport until we finished in Bilbao. The food, hotels, places and transport were all fantastic, we especially enjoyed learning about how the food is grown and nurtured that we were about to eat, it made the eating experience even better.
We had the unique opportunity to join Eat Northern Spain for a glorious 14 day journey in May 2024. We were lucky to have the CEO himself, Elias Gonzalez, lead us for 10 of the 14 days on a journey we will never forget. From the start of the tour in Bilbao, Spain, we laughed, ate, drank, and ate and drank some more over and over while discovering the beauty and history Spain offered. With Elias as our expert, we learned to “¡vive el momento!”, live in the moment! Every day had special moments and memories created just for us. Each experience was truly thoughtful and went beyond our expectations…we felt like kings and queens most of the time!!

Elias always had us in the best rooms due to his professional relationships. The meals were among the best I've ever enjoyed. Elias and his team were organized and displayed military precision. As a self-admitted "planner", it was a pleasure to relax and enjoy the experiences without a worry in the world.
